I have stayed at this hotel twice and am booked for a third time. Customer service is outstanding, food is great, and bartenders are courteous. The rooms smell and look clean. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained.

Room and general area: Clean and nice. Service: Wish there was simple buffet style breakfast but it's not necessarily a norm in hotel, so that's fine. Ms. Karissa is very helpful and prompt when asked for help. Location: If it werne't so cold you can walk 10 + minutes outside the residential areas and find some places to eat. Overall, pretty good for a budget hotel.

The room was amazing. The bed was so comfy. The staff at the front desk TOP TIER! The location is perfect. With all the other hotels charging room rates to park, PARKING is FREEEEE

The rooms were small for the price , not a suite with couch as pictures, nothing I Clydes, breakfast for an adult and two kids was more than &60. The pool was also small and no hot tub. Nice bathrooms. Staff were overall friendly . Oh and no microw

As a business traveler, the staff here are some of the best I’ve come across: they care about your experience and are accommodating. I was next to a loud housekeeping room so I asked to move and they gave me the exact room I wanted on the same floor. I also left something in the lobby and they held it for me until I was able to retrieve it. The gym, attached restaurant, and rooms are solid.
